“We had a delightful stay here. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room was huge and comfortable. Big fridge stocked with drinks. Sheets were really soft. It was very quiet but walking distance to everything.”
“We stayed here on the opening week. The place is beautiful however they are still undergoing minor finishing construction, so be sure to clarify that before your stay. A little disappointing, considering I had clarified this with them prior to arrival and this place is definitely not cheap. I suspect that will still be going on for the next month to two months so keep that in mind, but overall the place is about 95% done and you can enjoy yourself, but you will experience a few construction people doing finishing work. They are still waiting on a few city permits to be able to fulfill all of their promises of pool service and welcome drinks, but you can’t fault them for that, as they cannot control the pace of the city’s work. I will warn you that rooms near the pool are loud early in the morning due to some trash service next-door. We had originally booked a Grove room, but those were not available due to not being finished. The general manager and owner are both very friendly and want this place to be great and once everything is done, it will be. Rooms are well done, modern and luxurious. Do you keep in mind that while this is definitely five star quality finishing they do not have five star service as there is no one to help with luggage and overall it’s a feeling of having a apartment or condo complex to yourself. It’s a relaxed vibe, so don’t expect Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons levels of pampering.”
“This is a brand new boutique hotel one block off Healdsburg Square. The rooms , the service and the ambiance are all excellent. Big thank you to Tom Nelson and his team.”
“The best hotel in Downtown Healdsburg! It truly feels like we stepped into our own little oasis as soon as we arrived - peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing, yet just steps from the Plaza. That combination alone makes it feel so unique, as it’s truly the best of both worlds. The overall atmosphere is what really stands out. The pool area is especially inviting—we found ourselves wanting to linger outside and soak it all in. In the evenings, the landscape lighting creates such a beautiful, calming ambiance. There’s a quiet, organic, understated luxury that flows seamlessly throughout the entire property and into the rooms. Every detail feels intentional and thoughtfully curated. The in-room Smeg fridge is a great feature and was thoughtfully stocked with drinks and snacks, which made it even more enjoyable and convenient. We also really enjoyed the shower products (easy to distinguish and high quality), and even the bathroom mirror lighting stood out—perfect for getting ready. The linens deserve a mention too: the bed and towels feel incredibly luxurious, and the duvet is like sleeping in a cloud. Overall, it’s a truly special place. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail, and it makes for a memorable, elevated experience.”
“What an amazing refreshing place to stay that does not feel like a hotel. Beautiful boutique property owned by down to earth quality driven business partners Mark and Tom! Entire staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Set in a very private and quiet location, just one or two blocks from downtown Healdsburg. The interior and exterior design, furnishing, and large spacious rooms are one of the absolute nicest properties we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled the world. Having designed and built high-end custom homes for over 40 years, I can tell you the quality of construction is amazing. Each room has a very spacious bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a kitchenette that works perfectly. The rooms are stacked on top of each other, only two stories, and no common walls, how refreshing. The price is very competitive and all I can say is try this place out and you will absolutely love it! It was our first time in Healdsburg and we are going back and staying at Duchamp Healdsburg!”
“It was a truly amazing experience! It was like being at my home away from home. Except much nicer and with every accomodation and amenity I wish I had at my home. I will be back next year for the Healdsburg wine and food experience”
“Loved our stay at Hotel Duchamp! The rooms are seriously luxurious — the bedding and towels alone made us never want to leave. But when you’re this close to Healdsburg Square, you have to get out and explore. Everything is walkable, and the dining and shopping options nearby are just wonderful. The pool is a great bonus — perfect for unwinding between adventures. The whole stay had such a great vibe, and the location really can’t be beat. We’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommend!”
